　「山城」を３つに区切って細かく見てみます。艦橋が複雑な構成になっているのと対照的に、艦橋後部から煙突にかけては第２次改装によってかなりすっきりしたものになりました。
　艦中央部は、木甲板の部分の広さが目立ちます。この木甲板は、完成後に追加作業でエナメルのタンやバフ色をドライブラシしてみました。

Let's see the center of YAMASHIRO in detail. As for the bridge of complicated constitution, structure across the bridge back through chimney is simple contrastively by the second modernisation. Furthermore the width of the tree deck is conspicuous.
I tried this tree deck to dry-brush with enamel paints .

　さらに艦橋付近をアップで見てみます。右舷上空から背後にかけてアップしてみました。

Well, let's try to see bridge neighborhood with the image that is zoomed up. I try to see from the starboard up in the air through the back .

　煙突と後部艦橋のアップを見てみます。

Furthermore, I try to see the zoomed-up images of the chimney and back bridge.

　艦尾の状態を見てみます。「扶桑」と同じく、こんな狭い場所によくも３機の９５式水偵を搭載したものだと驚きます。作業性はある程度犠牲になったのではないでしょうか。開戦当時の水偵の塗装は、零式３座と零観を除いてすべて暗緑色と茶色（土色）の迷彩塗装でした。

In the time of outbreak of war, the painting of all floatplanes except Aichi E13A1 type 0 Mitsubishi F1M2 type 0 was brown (the camouflage coating of bluish-black) with the dark green.
