KONGO detail images

　各部詳細を何枚かの写真でお見せします。まずは艦首から。木甲板の塗装は、エナメルのタンとデザートイエローに近い色を２色用意し、ＡＦＶと同じくドライブラシしてエナメルシンナーでこするという簡易な方法でしたが、こうやって近接してみますと、まあなんとかサマにはなっているようです。
　なお各砲塔は、旋回可能なように差し込んだままで特に接着はしていません。

I show the every part details with several sheets of photographs. Frst of all, I show the bow .
Preparing the color close to the tan and dessert yellow of an enamel color and doing the same dry brush as AFV, I painted the tree deck.(the upper deck). This is a comparatively easy method. I think it is the level which is put up with to the zoom up. Furthermore, I plugged each turrets as turnable. They are not bonded on the base.

　艦橋トップの防空指揮所には、双眼鏡を１３台配置してあるのですが、下の写真ではちょっとわかりずらくなっているかもしれません。最近、窓枠をエッチングメッシュから切り出して使う方法が流行っていますが、４年前は０．２ｍｍφの真鍮線を建植する方法ですら珍しかったと思います。

I'm arranging 13 binoculars on the anti aircraft platform of the bridge top. It may be obscure a little from the photograph below.
Recently the new method that uses an photo-etched mesh parts on a window frame is prevailing in Japan. But 4 years ago, even the method that uses the brass line of 0.2 mmφ and plants 1 by 1 was very rare.

　前後の煙突の雨水除けカバーは、０．２ｍｍφ真鍮線で再現しました。後部マストのデリックを動かす滑車も、プラ棒を使って３個再現してみました。中央構造物とケーシング天井の詳細に関しては、製作記の方をご覧になってください。

The frame for canvas cover of the each chimney are reproduced with a 0.2 mmφ brass line. Three pulleys that move the derrick of the back mast are reproduced with a plastic rod. Ｐlease refer the descriptions of "making point of KONGO" in the case that you want to know the details about the central structure and casing ceiling.

　船体後部にかけては、見所が多い部分の１つです。飛行機作業甲板上のリノリウム部分は、他の同型３艦と異なり第３砲塔のターレット根元まであります。飛行機運搬軌条の形状、長さも異なります。第３そして第４砲塔上のアンテナ塔は、足が４本に分かれた三角錐という複雑な形状をしています。

As for the images across the hull back, there are many bright prospects. The linoleum part of the airplane work deck occupies to the turret root of the 3rd turret unlike other KONGO class 3 ships. Even the length and the form of the airplane transport rail differ from other 3 ships too. The antenna tower on the 3rd and 4th turret have the complicated form called the trigonal pyramid that the foot is divided into 4.

　軽快に海面を走る「金剛」をジオラマ風にしてみました。航海中は、水偵揚収デリックを格納しておくのですが、模型栄えのためわざとデリックを立てた状態にしています。

I made KONGO in the style of a diorama that run the sea surface nimbly. It is usually to house the derrick for the floatplane during the voyage. But I made the condition which set up the derrick purposely due to model prosperity.
